As a precision mechanical device, the carburetor is a very important component for agricultural machinery engines. Once the carburetor malfunctions, it will cause the agricultural machinery to be unusable.
1. No idle speed, poor mixture atomization, increased fuel consumption, or no fuel supply. This is due to the lack of regular cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep, resulting in severe scaling, which hinders the flow of the measuring hole and oil passage, and hinders oil supply.
2. Accelerate the wear and deformation of the pump pull rod, affecting the normal operation of the sound and causing deterioration of the engine's power performance and the economy of small and medium-sized loads.
3. The acceleration nozzle is blocked, the steel ball of the leaching oil valve is stuck by dirt, or the acceleration pump filter screen is blocked, resulting in poor acceleration or difficulty starting the cold car.
4. The mating surfaces of the upper, middle, and lower parts of the carburetor are deformed, causing oil or gas leakage during operation, resulting in a decrease in power and an increase in fuel consumption. In this case, the carburetor mating surface can be polished and installed properly. The inlet needle valve of the carburetor float chamber is not tightly closed, and the right side is too high. It needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
5. If the float spring is too soft or too hard, it can cause unstable control of the oil level in the float chamber. When driving on uneven roads, there may be "choking oil" phenomenon. It is necessary to replace the appropriate float spring in a timely manner.
Once the carburetor malfunctions, we must promptly solve the problem in order to avoid causing trouble to the use of agricultural machinery.

Working principle of lawn mower carburetor
Mower is a common agricultural and Garden tool, which is used to cut grass and mow lawn. The lawn mower is very convenient, but it requires fuel to work. After being processed by the carburetor, the fuel is transported to the engine for combustion, which drives the operation of the lawn mower. The following will introduce the working principle of the lawn mower carburetor.
The working principle of a carburetor
The carburetor is an important component of the automotive fuel system, whose main function is to evaporate and mix the car's fuel to form flammable gases, which are supplied to the engine for use. The working principle of a carburetor is to inject liquid gasoline into the airflow inside the carburetor through the nozzle and fuel injector, and then mix with the air to form gasoline gas, which enters the engine for combustion and drives the car forward. Below, we will provide a detailed introduction to the working principle of carburetors.
